Former college and professional football player, Bob Baumhower, developed a love for food throughout his football travels. After retiring with the Miami Dolphins, Bob used his love of preparing food with the highest-quality ingredients to become a restauranteur. He became the first true "wing man" in Alabama by introducing Buffalo-style chicken wings to the state back in 1981! Since then, Bob has developed a line of signature sauces, just like the ones you know and love from his renowned restaurants!
